Spring Fever

Yesterday was a fantastic day for Rohan! It was nearly 70 degrees in the afternoon, so I took him to Jaycee Park. He played for almost half-an-hour on the little slide-- he would only slide on his tummy at first, but after a while he felt brave enough to sit down. (Of course I had to demonstrate the technique first! Once he saw Mama slide down a couple of times he was willing to give it a try.) He also saw some young men playing basketball, and I had to stop him from running over to join their game a few times. "Boom boom boom!" he'd say, imitating dribbling a ball.
