Sensitive Artiste

Every Thursday, Ro and I go to the library for storytime. After about fifteen minutes of total chaos while the children's librarians try to read a storybook to twenty or so wiggling, squirming, running, yelling, distracted two-year-olds, everyone goes over to the tables to make a craft related to the story they just "heard."
Sometimes RoRo is more interested in finding a dinosaur book to read than in gluing and coloring, but this time he and I managed to make a Thanksgiving scarecrow. Ro worked the glue-stick and then told me where to put each of the shapes. He's very proud of it- in fact when I suggested that we take it to Daddy's office and let him put it on his door, Ro yelled, "No! Go home and put on the frigerator!"
So we did.
